Decent bar and gift shop. All things Wild Bill are here and for sale. They also offer and informative tour of where Wild Bill was shot and killed in the basement while gambling

Disappointed after a long search of places to have lunch in deadwood. We searched on here and nothing really looked that great with all the restaurants having ok reviews. We settled here because the vibe was pretty neat and wanted to get some beer. We ended up getting an order of the mac n cheese and split a philly cheesesteak sub. We were unsure what to order but the bartender stated that the sub was pretty big and about the size of the menu so it sounded it was a good shareable size. Well, unfortunately when it came out, each of our halves were about the length of my pinky and super stingy on the meat. Nowhere near the size the bartender stated. Not even that tasty either. The mac n cheese was ok but they charged us more than what was stated on the menu. Definitely a rip off of a lunch. It's all the hype of the location. Would not return in the future.

Stopped by for lunch on June 29, 2019 at 2:30. The female bartender was rude to every customer that came through the restaurant and complained openly that the customers were an inconvenience to her. Food was awful and heard the kitchen staff discussing desecrating the polish sausage with profanity.

As close to an authentic experience as you'll find in Deadwood. The staff is outstanding. Their beer is cold and tasty. The only downside is that the food from the grill next door, isn't great. I could drink here all day.

Super cool atmosphere. As the original site of the No. 10 Saloon and Wild Bill’s murder, it was a must see. I had chili from next door for lunch and it was great.

Famous bar in the famous town of Deadwood, (also known from the HBO series), in SD. Wild Bill was supposed to be here. The place is in the style of the Wild West, like the whole part of the town anyway. In addition to the part I would say, consumer, where there is a bar where you can chat with the bartender, there is also a shop and a "showroom" part. The bar has a nice atmosphere, you can feel for a while in a climate of gold rush, especially that staged shootings take place here. We were just before noon on Sunday, so we missed one. But we sat down, we looked around, we had a beer and it was fun.

Great tour of the basement where Wild Bill Hickok was shot. The drinks were good and we spent a great deal of time talking to a Deadwood local that was knowledgeable about the history. It was a great time and we will be back

Questions & Answers

Parking is not near the building. There is a parking garage or public parking lots.

Its not the original saloon 10. There was a great fire years passed and with all the mudslides Deadwood has had since the 1800's it was honestly like buried under soil. The area with the saw dust is the exact replica of the saloon 10 that they got from the pictures collected. Everything was an addition. If you went there in the summer they put on a little llay that explains it all. I used to work there
